Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
OK, I know I already answered this once... but it's a tie for me and I really had to do a post for each of them...
Jamie Oliver (aka The Naked Chef) is an amazing chef who is totally cool. His style is very fun, his accent is hot (his looks ain't so bad either), and he's very down to earth (his daughters are named after flowers - Poppy and Daisy). The food he cooks looks delicious (and makes me wish I had smell-o-vision).
I've got three different vids to post and they are all from appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman.
Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
Alton Brown is soooooooo awesome! I'm mean, seriously, he made a whole show off of a cross-country road trip on his motorcycle ("Feasting on Asphalt"). His original show, "Good Eats", is really a fun show. It's especially perfect for two kinds of people: 1) those with a flair for the dramatic and 2) those who wonder why certain ingredients are used and why we cook things certain ways.
Basically, whether you're science-minded or a drama queen, you are gonn love his show!
